Days 71-73: Rotorua, and Hiking There-abouts


 Welcome to Rust Land!
 Just remember, when someone bitches about how we coddle kids today with fancy, ultra safe play ground equipment, this is what they hope we go back to:
 I'm sure it's fun, but so is tetanus and bleeding puncture wounds.  Besides, modern play ground equipment is pretty fun sometimes.  I just wish there were more merry go rounds.  I love those.
 This was at a trail head in a Nature Reserve Park, just so you know.



















 I almost always take these last few pictures at the beginning of a hike.  The trail head for our memories, then the map, distances, and the elevation (if posted) from the first sign post.  It's sometimes easier to use these photos than try to pull up a map online.
